We distribute our Connelly and Aquaglide branded products globally through direct channels, dealers, and distributors.

Accounts Receivable Specialist 


$19.50 - $24.00 per hour, DOE


JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting the Accounts Receivable Manger with day-to day operations ensuring that the billings and collections cycle are done accurately and timely. While working in a fast-paced environment this individual will demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to assist internal and external customers as issues arise. If you are a fast learner, critical thinker, and passionate about implementing process improvements, then this is the role for you. We’re flexible in work locations, WA or OR, and open to candidates looking for full-time remote work.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties involved in meeting the purpose identified above include, but are not limited to:

•Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of large volume and direct to consumer accounts.
• Daily review of customer account activity.
•Resolve account price discrepancies, chargebacks, and shortages
•Review direct to consumer credit card disputes and submit backup to processor when applicable.
•Assist with new account setup and legal entity validation
•Daily oversight of AR inboxes resolving customer inquiries
•Daily review of invoicing
•Process credit memo adjustments when directed
•Assist Accounts Receivable Manager with collection efforts
• Update customer account notes with collection efforts
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients
•Process credit card payments
•Assist with providing support documentation for tax, banking, and audit compliance
•Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements across AR functions
•Back-up to month end closing processes
•Back-up to credit hold and cash applications
•Other duties as assigned.


WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WITH:

•Associates Degree with general understanding of accounting principles
•1+ years of accounting related experience
•Advanced skill set in the Microsoft Office Suite
•Results-driven mindset with good organization skills and ability to prioritize workload.
•Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, while also having the humility to wear other hats
•Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
