Front Office Coordinator


Edge Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is an orthopedic physical therapy private practice that has an immediate opening for a Front Office Coordinator. 


Open to both part-time and full-time candidates (minimum 20 hours/week). Looking for a long-term fit (not a seasonal position). 


What are we looking for?


-A highly skilled and self-motivated front office worker

-Someone who wants to play a key role in our business as well as in patient’s lives, by performing various administrative and clerical tasks for our clinic.

-Ability to balance a variety of activities in the office (including checking patients in/out, scheduling patients, answering the phone, collecting money, working with insurance companies, organizing documents, data entry, and more)

-Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills Ideal candidate would be looking to work Mon-Friday with every weekend off, as well as able to work shifts starting at 6:45am or work shifts ending at 7:15pm.

-Hourly pay ($15-$18/hr, depending on experience)
