As a highly visible member of the branch team, the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) is essential to that process. In addition to working closely with clients, BOAs contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the branch office. 

BOA Key Responsibilities 

•Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients are understood and informed. •Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. •Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services. •Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
