Under the general direction of the TERO Commission the TERO Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Tribal Employment Rights Office Ordinance (TERO). The TERO Manager will work closely with contractors, other tribal departments and non-tribal organizations to meet the mandates of TERO. This position will be the lead in the initial design and implementation of the TERO department. The TERO Manager is responsible for carrying out the daily enforcement of the Tribal Employment Rights program and the day-to-day functions of the TERO department.
