Come join The Trail Youth Coffee Home team and make a difference helping teens in the Snoqualmie Valley. The Trail Youth was voted #1 best organization to join 2022 by the readers of The Snoqualmie Valley Record. The Trail Youth started on the trails of Issaquah and migrated east to the Snoqualmie Valley. Shortly after securing permanent residence in their Coffee Home in North Bend, The Trail Youth was featured on Mike Rowe’s show, Returning the Favor. Since then, the organization has gone on to open a coffee roastery, a mobile coffee trailer, and a new location at the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital where they offer job mentoring and positive experiences for teens. Program Coordinator

$24-$30 an hour

The Program Coordinator would be an integral part of The Trail Youth, managing all of the youth programming. They would help with barista training, run program events, manage internships, coordinate volunteers, and assist teens in pre-job preparedness. They would be dedicated to helping teens learn valuable pre-job skills like resume building, job hunting, interviewing, and following up with potential employers. A Program Coordinator would help us to meet the high demand of teens who want to enter our programs.
