The SnoValley Jobs Board launched in May 2021 in response to local businesses needing to fill positions to keep their doors open.

Community leader Rob Wotton stepped up by creating SnoValleyJobs.com. In 2023, 11 thousand visitors, 71 thousand page views and countless people were hired through this hyper-local website.

By day, Rob is a bank manager, helping businesses with banking, lending, and strategic planning. He carries his work after hours as a local councilmember and in nonprofit work such as SnoValley Innovation Center, a 01c3 nonprofit he founded in 2018.
