Supply Chain and Executive Support Specialist

$26.50 - $31.25 per hour

The Supply Chain and Executive Support Specialist will be a versatile and dynamic contributor, engaging in various operational aspects from purchasing to supporting executive and warehouse distribution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed forecasting and project building for distribution support.
Manage new sample product projects from inception to completion.
Engage in purchasing activities and provide support for the Drop Ship Program.
Offer assistance in warehouse and distribution operations.
Contribute to social media management and strategy.
Uphold standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Execute additional tasks as directed by the leadership team.

Requirements:

Proficiency in analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Versatility in working environments, including warehouse settings.
Strong team collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
