Our goal is to provide top-tier care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are now looking for a talented and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our dynamic team.

Licensed Massage Therapist

$45-$65 Hour

Position Overview:
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at our clinic, you will play a critical role in the rehabilitation and performance enhancement of athletes. You’ll work closely with our skilled physical therapy team to provide personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to athletes' needs. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy and has a strong passion for working with an athletic population.

Responsibilities:
- Perform therapeutic massage to aid in the treatment and prevention of sports-related injuries
- Work autonomously, providing individualized care for each athlete
- Collaborate with physical therapists to develop treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs
- Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure a clean, safe environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve your skills

Qualifications:
- Active and valid Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LMT, with a preference for experience working with athletes or in a sports-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and sports recovery techniques
- A passion for working with athletes and improving their performance and recovery
