Have you ever dreamed about spending your day surrounded by creative people you enjoy, who challenge you, teach you and support your goals? Do you wonder what it would be like to work from a fully equipped, technically advanced space in a certified green building, or a sensory garden/outdoor therapy space? Are you interested in reducing disparities in the health care system by bringing sessions to your client in a Sprinter Van fully designed for therapy? Have you wished for opportunities to learn new strategies and brainstorm with professionals from other disciplines? Do you yearn for the flexibility to choose your hours and have the option of a mix of telehealth and in person sessions? Would you enjoy seeing mountains, rivers, and possibly an elk herd on your morning commute? If so, working for Encompass may be just what you are looking for!
