Customer Sales & Retention Specialist (Licensed)
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. • Ask each customer for referrals • Maintain knowledge of new products. • Provide outstanding customer service, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. • Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim, and billing. • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Help customers identify gaps in coverage, offer solutions, and place coverage.
