Toddler Lead Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, collaborative Toddler lead who is willing to grow with an expanding school and team. The Toddler Lead Teacher will establish and maintain a quality educational program for ages 15 months to 3 years following the Montessori philosophy and Early Childhood Education model by fulfilling the following responsibilities:

- Maintain a safe, clean, caregiving environment for the children.
- Organize each day’s activities to provide children with a variety of experiences and opportunities that allow them to develop a sense of self and belonging.
- Plan, prepare, and maintain all units of study, lessons, and materials.
- Complete timely and accurate records of necessary documentation throughout the day.
- Be the point of contact for parents about their child’s progress and development.
- Maintain ongoing open communication with the assistant team and supervisor team.
- Having impeccable integrity, genuine warmth, and love for guiding children and their families.

Qualifications:
- Infant/Toddler Montessori Certified (we are willing to train the right
candidate to get certified)
- Meet all DCYF requirements for and upon employment (training, STARS
Hours, First Aid/BBP, PBC, physical capacity, etc.)

Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:45 PM to 5:15 PM
