Position Overview:

Mount Si Golf Course Restaurant is renowned for serving some of the best comfort food in the Valley, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our team. This position offers an hourly rate of $17 plus tips, with hours to be discussed upon inquiry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a full-service restaurant setting, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and tidy dining environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Full Service Restaurant Setting:

   • Work in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment, catering to the needs of guests with professionalism and efficiency.

2. Take and Serve Food & Drink Orders:

   • Greet guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
   • Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.

3. Provide Excellent Customer Service:

   • Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
   • Anticipate guests' needs and provide recommendations when necessary.

4. Keep Restaurant Clean & Tidy:

   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
   • Assist in clearing and resetting tables to ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.

5. Cooperate & Communicate with Staff:

   • Collaborate effectively with fellow servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
   • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen team to facilitate smooth order preparation.

6. Adhere to Health Department Rules & Regulations:

   • Follow all relevant health department rules and regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.
   • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and proper handling of food and beverages.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service to guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings and willingness to learn menu items and specials.
