Field Technician

Part Time

Pay Range: $20 - $35 per Hour

NW Pro Clean is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Field Technicians. This position is ideal for candidates who are physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive paid training. The Field Technician will be responsible for cleaning roofs, gutters, windows, and concrete surfaces to ensure our clients' properties look their best.

Responsibilities:

1. Exterior Cleaning: Perform cleaning duties on roofs, gutters, windows, and concrete surfaces using specialized equipment and cleaning solutions.
2. Physical Requirements: Must be able to carry and handle equipment weighing 25lb+ and be comfortable working at heights. Physical fitness is essential for performing the tasks required for exterior cleaning.
3. Training: Participate in company-provided training to learn proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of equipment.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
5. Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Address any questions or concerns, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Physical fitness and ability to carry equipment weighing 25lb+.
• No prior experience required; we offer comprehensive paid training.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
