Introduction:
Red Oak Residence of North Bend is seeking a skilled and licensed Hair Dresser to join our team on a part-time basis. As a private contractor, you will be responsible for providing professional hair care services to our residents in the comfort of their own living environment. Responsibilities:
Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and other hair care services to residents according to their individual preferences and needs.
Consult with residents to understand their desired hairstyles and preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon area, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and properly maintained.
Keep records of services provided and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring residents feel comfortable and satisfied with their hair care experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair care to provide innovative and high-quality services.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for residents.

Requirements:
Must be licensed by the State of Washington as a hairdresser.
Proven experience as a hairdresser, preferably in a salon or senior living environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to enhance the well-being of our residents.
Flexibility to work on a part-time basis, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
