Manufacturing Technician II
$23 - $25/hour plus benefits
The Manufacturing Technician II works in a Lean Manufacturing configure-to-order environment that concentrates on Quality, Cost and Delivery and will be responsible for Performing functional testing and troubleshooting at top level, and PCBA components of medical products in an FDA and ISO regulated environment. Candidate will demonstrate precision, organization, attention to detail and compliance with quality system requirements. Work effectively with team members and under general supervision, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: - High school diploma, GED, or additional relevant experience in lieu of education. - AA degree on Electronics preferred. - 1+ years of related technical experience and ability to perform multiple and complex operations. - Requires experience operating various electronics equipment that may require pre-programming, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, signal generators and multimeters. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. - Ability to effectively communicate in English – follow instructions, relay information, provide feedback and respond to questions both verbally and in writing. - Must have the ability to create and maintain productive working relationships within the work team and with other functions. - Strong computer skills required (including Word, Excel). - Experience with basic manufacturing equipment, both mechanical and electronic including use of hand tools such as: torque drives, needle nose pliers, screw drivers, cutters, tweezers, scissors, extractor knives, tape guns, etc. - Good mechanical aptitude, dexterity and hand/eye coordination. Must be able to reach, bend and lift up to 25 lbs. on a daily basis. - Available to work OT, evenings, and weekends when required.
