Antique shop located right off of Railroad in downtown Snoqualmie. We have a range of travelers as well as locals that visit our shop. Our collection of antique and vintage items make our store unique with new items coming in weekly. We are looking for someone to work part-time, minimum of twice a week. Retail Associate & Cashier

Wild Hare Antiques, nestled in the heart of Historic Snoqualmie, is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate and Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store organization, and ensuring smooth transaction processes.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Assist customers in finding products, offer recommendations, and provide information about our merchandise. Strive to create a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Transaction Processing: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Accept payments, issue receipts, and provide change when necessary. Maintain a high level of accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store environment tidy, clean, and organized at all times. This includes restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly labeled and priced.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products offered in the store. Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and any relevant information that can assist customers in their purchasing decisions.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:

-Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
-Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
-Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
